Using a cheap HAMA close-up lens. The "monster" is msade from latex and gained some notority as a prop for the first concerts of the "last Gothic rock band" THE HOUSE OF USHER with Jörg Kleudgen.

Is this monster your creation?
As well as the shoulder monster from the oilprint?
@abris It is the same monster. This is just a close-up of the same thing. It was made for a friend of mine, Jörg Kleudgen, around 1990 or 1991 when Jörg's band was still so bad they needed a funny prop to draw attention. He cleaned out his house some time ago and thus the shoulder monster was looking for a new home. :-)
BTW: The other photo is no print, but the "negative" or "positive" rather of a wetplate collodion photo on a glass plate.
I think making shoulder monsters is a very important skill. I hope your friend will master it.
@abris Everyone should have a shoulder monster! :-)
