I’ve pre-ordered one. I had the piggies, I love medium format and I like the idea of this camera. How well I’ll receive it will depend on the quality of the lenses. Some of the demo shots look as crisp as anything I’ve ever seen, though some of the wider ones show vignetting (no bad thing – it’s why I love the LCA), and some show Diana style chromatic aberration, not my favorite of cheap lens side effects.

I’d love to know who made they optics. Are they coated? When further optics are available will we have the option of very, very high quality glass? Imagine a zone focus style lens of the quality to be found in an Olympus Trip 35?

Your thoughts please?

I'm with you that it would be nice to have a wide range of lenses including some high quality options. I'd like to see something as good as the Lubitel for instance. Other options that would interest me would be a fisheye, a short tele such as 105mm or 180mm and maybe a nice set of crazy filters too.

@clickiemcpete Now I like that - the filters are a great suggestion. I'm half with you on the fisheye, I'd love to have one which is edge to edge for a change. That would be marvellous.

My only worry is if the wide-angle optic will make it difficult to line up the square shots.

@lokified hopefully the viewfinder will have markings in it?
