Travelling with Friends

Well, I finally got my photos delivered to me. This time I did not have my previous problem since I used 120mm film. But again there is sth really disturbing with my photos. They are really colorless and pale. My rolls had 400 ISO and I was mostly shooting under a beautiful sun. And my photos supposed to be cross-processed. If you have any ideas about what might have gone wrong this time, I would be really really glad if you tell me. But I should say as a first time user of them that 120mm rolls are pretty awesome to experience different stuff.
