Every June, Wheels and Waves brings its unique energy to Biarritz — a bold blend of vintage motorcycling, surfing, skateboarding, music and art. It's a one-of-a-kind festival where adventure, freedom and creativity ride side by side in a space that’s always in motion.
For this LomoMission, we want you to channel the spirit of Wheels and Waves and show us what escape means to you. Think open roads, fogged-up helmets, sea spray, silhouettes mid-air or dancing at the foot of a stage… Dive into those offbeat, untamed moments where time seems to pause — and shoot them on film. Whether it’s a spontaneous trip, a quiet moment by the ocean, or the thrill of movement, let your camera capture your vision of freedom.
Each participant can submit up to 10 analogue photographs taken using any film and any film camera or up to 10 digital photos taken with any Lomography Art Lenses. Each picture must indicate the camera, film or lens you used.
