    @briany Yes, it is a piece from Sculpture Quadrennial in Riga.

    @davedjs Thanks so much for that information! I checked on the art festival and find that this "Homo Democraticus" statue is particularly interesting given how it so appropriately reflects the state of democracy as is currently occurring in the US.
