During my visit to Iligan City Health Office with Daop-Sining artists we received orientation on the current situation on the communities heavily affected by the flashfloods. Posted on the door of the office were expressions of the staff to help debrief themselves. One of the walls were covered with manila paper bearing statistics on death and survivors. We were crowded in a small room. Outside, the entire city health office was filled with poor people accessing public health services.
