My first roll through my recently acquired Yashica 44. It's in excellent shape and the shutter speeds all seem to be accurate. Overexposure in the test roll was due to me not re-metering for every shot.

I did have some issues with the 35mm film advance. I carefully ran a roll of old film through and marked the frames and counted the rotations like I always do for this kind of 35mm film use. But when I shot it, the first few shots were spaced well and the rest were 2-3 frames gap between them. I need to work on that, or just start rerolling some 35mm into some of my 127 paper/spools for use. That way I have protection from light and a means to know when I am at the next frame exactly.

Either way, it was a success over all and I look forward to using it more.
