Finance & Administration Clerk / Officer (Regional Office Asia, Hong Kong)

We are looking for a smart, hardworking and ambitious individual to join our Finance & Administration department in our Hong Kong office in Kwai Tsing area.

Job Description:

  • Data entry, bookkeeping and payment
  • Management receivable
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Assist in managing HR issue & Records
  • Constantly liaise with Regional & Europe offices
  • General office administration duties
  • Customer service, manage customer service phone call & email inquiry
  • Facilitate and support daily warehouse and inventory operations
  • Prepare various reports
  • Assist in handling ad hoc projects


  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Business relations.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in accounting (fresh graduate will also be considered)
  • Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, Putonghua
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, mature with good interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel ,Word
  • Experience in ERP will be an advantage
