What’s the difference between the Lomo’Instant Automat, the Lomo’Instant, and the Lomo’Instant Wide?
The Lomo’Instant Automat is a camera that does it all for you. Small enough to take with you wherever you go, aperture, shutter speed and flash output adjust automatically for perfectly-lit shots in any and every light situation. The technical stuff is all taken care of so you can focus on experimenting with unlimited multiple exposures, Splitzer, Close-up, Wide-angle or Fisheye lens attachments, and funky Color Gels flash filters. It shoots on Fujifilm Instax Mini, features the same much-loved remote control shutter release lens cap that we invented for the Lomo’Instant Wide, and thanks to the intuitive 3-step zone-focusing system and its characteristic click & stop feeling you can get your shot in focus in the blink of an eye.
The Lomo’Instant Wide is shoots shots that are twice as wide, meaning that every shot has crisp focus and great resolution. With a Fixed Shutter Speed Mode of 1/30 and a PC Sync Socket ideal for connecting external flashes or Softbox Kits, the Lomo’Instant Wide is optimal for studio shooting. It shoots on Fujifilm Instax Wide so that you can squeeze even more into your shot – perfect for luscious landscapes and giant group selfies!
The Lomo’Instant was our very first Lomo’Instant camera and it’s bursting with creative potential. It shoots on Fujifilm Instax Mini, has a built-in Wide-angle lens which is great for selfies and three different shooting modes. Of all the Lomo’Instant cameras, it offers the most manual exposure control meaning that you can take full creative control of the light in your shot. Available in a range of inspired designs, there’s a Lomo’Instant to suit every style.
