What are the differences between old Petzval lenses from the 19th century and the New Petzval 58?
Older Petzval lenses produced in the 19th century are difficult to find and were originally designed to function with large format analogue cameras. Additionally, none of the original Petzval lenses offered swirly bokeh control. The New Petzval 58 has the first ever Bokeh Control Ring and is compatible right off the bat with Nikon F and Canon EF cameras (and loads more cameras using adapters)!
