I lost a part or accessory that came with my camera. What do I do?

If your product is still under warranty, contact us with the part you’re missing and your Lomography.com order ID number. We can usually replace most parts for free!

If your product is not under warranty, contact us nevertheless – we still might be able to help you on this matter.

Please note that parts and accessories are not manufactured or sold separately, so we may not always have the part you need lying around. We also can’t go on replacing your flash gels or viewfinders forever, so keep an eye on them around kids, pets, amusement park rides and on high rise observatory decks.
