We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business & Financial Analyst for our Lomography Manila office. In continuous collaboration with experienced international teams you will be responsible for providing accounting support to subsidiaries, maintaining controlling files and tools, analysis reports for sales, logistics and various cost positions, reviewing and upkeeping our company guidelines and proposing ideas to optimize our procedures and operations.

- Conduct detailed analysis of company expenses
- Examine and analyze sales-related costs.
- dentify trends and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather expense data and insights.
- Prepare and present reports to management, highlighting areas of concern and suggesting * improvements.
Shipping and Logistic Cost Analysis:
- Provide analytical support for various logistics topics.
- Analyze shipping costs and identify areas for cost reduction.
- Work closely with the logistics and supply chain teams to optimize shipping routes and carriers.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis for logistics projects and initiatives.
- Evaluate vendor contracts prepare the relevant information for negotiating better terms where possible.
Accounting Support for Subsidiaries:
- Provide support to subsidiaries on various accounting topics.
- Assist in resolving accounting discrepancies and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Liaise with subsidiaries to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Maintenance of Controlling Files and Tools:
- Maintain and update several controlling files and financial tools.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Develop and implement improvements to existing financial systems and processes.
- Analyze timesheet data to extract meaningful insights.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to optimize workforce management.
- Recommend improvements based on data analysis to enhance operational efficiency.
Review Company Guidelines:
- Review existing company guidelines and policies.
- Propose revisions and improvements to align with company objectives and industry best practices.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure guidelines are practical and effective.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Python or other data analysis tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Lomography or a passion for analog photography is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required, any additional language is a plus.
