Wir bieten Dir die Möglichkeit, unser internationales Administrations-Team als Assistentin zu verstärken. In dieser Rolle unterstützt Du das Konzern-Management in verschiedenen Belangen und unsere HQ-Teams in organisatorischen Fragen.

Lomography ist ein internationales Unternehmen, das sich seit 30 Jahren erfolgreich der analogen Fotografie widmet. Wir entwickeln, produzieren und vertreiben weltweit analoge Fotokameras, Wechselobjektive, Fotofilme und Fotoaccessories. Wir vermarkten unsere Produkte über Foto-, Design-, Museums- und Lifestylestores, sowie auch über unsere in 17 Sprachen verfügbare Lomography-Website. Neben Online-Shops betreiben wir ein Foto-Magazin, eine Plattform für eine internationale Community und veranstalten regelmäßig Events und Ausstellungen. Das Lomography Headquarter befindet sich in Wien mit Büros in London, Paris, NY, Tokio, HK, Shanghai, Manila und Bangkok.

Aufgaben
  • Selbstständige Übernahme diverser administrativer Büro-Aufgaben
  • Betreuung des Facility-Managements für unsere Standorte in 1070 Wien
  • AnsprechpartnerIn für diverse externe und interne Anfragen
  • Betreuung einfacher HR-relevanter Belange undUnterstützung bei der laufenden Personaladministration
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten für den Recruiting-Bereich (Veröffentlichung von Stellenausschreibungen, Ablage von Bewerbungen, Kommunikation mit Bewerbern, Terminkoordination, On- und Off-boarding)
  • Projektmitarbeit in diversen Projekten sowie Begleitung von Organisationsentwicklungsmaßnahmen
  • Umsetzung von “People & Culture”-Aktivitäten, Organisation von Veranstaltungen
  • Pflege der internen Firmenkultur
Anforderungen
  • Idealerweise kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erste Erfahrungen im als Team Assistenz sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im selbständigen Erarbeiten und Erstellen von Entscheidungsgrundlagen
  • Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch als unsere Unternehmenssprache
  • Fähigkeit, vernetzt und abteilungsübergreifend zu denken
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Genauigkeit und Diskretion
  • Sozialkompetenz kombiniert mit Kommunikationsstärke und einem freundlichen Auftreten

We offer an ever-expanding range of experimental analogue goodies including innovative films, cameras, instant products, lenses & photographic accessories on our Online Shop and through a global network of retail partners. In addition to selling analogue gear, we publish daily tipsters, tutorials and interviews in our online Lomography Magazine and host a Community Site where Community members can upload their images and interact with over 1 million fellow Lomographers worldwide.
