Hospital Miguel Bombarda: Where the Freedom Ended
written by anamachado on 2013-08-07 #placesThis is not an article about freedom. It’s about a security panopticon inside a psychiatric hospital in Lisbon. I like to think the patients were free in their own minds, so maybe this is a bit about freedom.

Lisbon Graffiti: Calçada da Glória
written by saidseni on 2012-11-19 #placesWhen you visit Lisbon, you must ride the typical funicular, "Elevador da Glória". My suggestion, if you are a street art lover, is to go up in the funicular (Lisbon streets are very steep!) and come down walking to enjoy the art.

Lx Factory in Lisbon: From Fabric to Dreams
written by anamachado on 2012-09-19 #placesBorn in 2008, in place of an old fabric factory (and many other things along the years), Lx Factory just breathes creativity. In this small place there are restaurants, little shops, nice coffee houses, model agencies, dancing and acting studios and so much more! It even has the best place in Lisbon to develop film especially if you have a Lomo camera...and art is everywhere!

Victoria and Alfred Hotel, Cape Town
written by neja on 2012-07-25 #placesA hotel with the best ever view you could possibly ever wish for. While preparing for going to Cape Town, I obviously wanted to stay somewhere with a Table Mountain view. It is called such because of the clouds rolling across the top of the mountain, which looks like a table cloth. A lot of the hotels advertised "partial Table View", but in reality, you would have to hang out by the window with the possibility of a broken neck to see even a glimpse of this majestic mountain.

Eiffel Tower, a Lomo Location with a Lot of Structure!
written by ehmahh on 2012-05-31 #placesWhen I was in Paris, the Eiffel Tower made for an amazing lomo subject to photograph! When I visited the Eiffel Tower, I had two cameras with me, the Diana Mini (leopard, loaded with Truprint 200) and a Minolta Dynax 5 (loaded with Lomography Redscale). I had previously been there but had not been into lomography at that time, so I thought this was the perfect moment to get some great shots!
