    Somebody's Trash is Someone Else's Treasure: Analogue Cameras Retrieved from the Dumpster

    Listening to Garbage's album "Not Your Kind of People" and thinking about the meaning of their name (garbage is trash, but the band sounds great) I got myself remembering how many times someone threw away a camera (or any analogue device) believing it was trash at the same time that, for us, it's a treasure! Definitely, they are not our kind of people!

    Well, I thought Stalin is gone for good, but I found out that it's not the case in peculiar Albania. Behind the Academy of Fine Hearts, ...oops sorry, Fine Arts, he still lingers around and enjoys his dictator-pension ship. And I have to say, I am quite glad about it: Because, where can you see the grumpy Georgian nowadays? I mean, the impressive Mustache-Man died 1953 and still everyone talks about him and even more so countries follow his policies. As the Russians took over his birth town Gori in Georgia very recently, they just probably wanted to put some flowers to his feet. Because Gori is the only other place where Stalin is still hot, besides Tirana.
