For years I have been taking photos with any random camera I could get my hands on from old Kodak Brownies to digital. My first Lomo camera was a Holga which has since stopped working :( I now have several different Lomo cameras that I enjoy picking up and shooting including a Diana, a lubitel 166 and a action sampler.

Why does anyone bother with digital cameras? My preference is for images fraught with light leaks, over exposure, dust, blur and......Soul. I love my Holga 120CFN / 135BC, Yashica FX-3 and Lubitel 166. In my opinion toy cameras should be treated as toys and the user should PLAY... The second you start taking it too seriously is the moment you sacrifice the pure joy you can derive from such simple light capturing devices. All of my pictures are the result of playing, experimenting and enjoying my cameras. Some results are better than others, so I know not all of my pictures are masterpieces... But for one reason or another I upload all of my efforts...... I hope my pictures bring you as much joy as they've brought me over the years :-) Please feel free to leave comments: Positive OR Negative.... Anything constructive is always appreciated :-)

I began photography with a Pentax k1000. I was given a Rolleiflex K4A years ago and fell in love with 120 film. In addition to the Rolleiflex, I use a Holga 120N, a Blackbird Fly as well as Mamiya 645 & Hasselblad 500 cm. I use my 2 Voigtlanders a lot though. I also work with a Lubitel 166B, a Chaika I (which is having problems), an Agat 18K, a Smena 8M and a Flexaret VII. I really like the TLR feel.
