One Day at the Beach with a Lot of ACTION
When the sun is shining, I love to spend a day at the beach in Copenhagen. But after relaxing for about half an hour I end up getting bored and in need of some action. -
Spring Fling at Kronborg Castle, Helsingør
Kronborg Castle is an elegant Renaissance castle and a monumental military fortress surrounded by major fortifications with bastions and ravelins. Kronborg Castle is situated in Helsingør at the seaward approach to the Øresund Sound. It is the most famous castle in Denmark and is the home of Sheakespear's Hamlet. -
Assistens Kirkegård (Copenhagen)
This historical cemetery is the oasis of Nørrebro, a part of Copenhagen desperately lacking in green, open spaces. In summertime the neighborhood gathers to have picnics and sunbathe in the old section among the graves of historical figures like Hans Christian Andersen and Søren Kierkegaard. -
Bellevue (Copenhagen)
Arne Jacobsen did some buildings in Denmark, and especially in Copenhagen: SAS Royal Hotel, Danish National Bank... But my favorite area is Bellevue. -

Copenhagen Historic Grand Prix

Copenhagen (main city and Christiania)
By coincidence, I had the good fortune this year in March to fly to Copenhagen for a weekend - for free! The flight from Frankfurt (main) is incredibly fast, shortly after you have prepared your camera, you are already there.

selur, male (31)
Academic and writer, currently residing in a small town north of Copenhagen, Denmark. Obtained my first Lomo ( a Lomo LC-A) in the very late 1990's, and was an active lomographer throughout the early years of the 21st century. Still a big fan of analogue photography, although my girlfriend, our son and other activities have taken its toll in recent years.
