Lomo walk at noon time - the right time for redscale!
Located at the foot of Block 53 along Toa Payoh Lorong 5 in Singapore and about three metres above street level, is a playground, reflexology path and rest area packed into an area the size of a basket ball court. This is probably why most pedestrians walking along the main road would miss this spot completely.
