My attempts on photographing the preparation of the most common Filipino dish, adobo.
Ingredients: Whole chicken, cut up to pieces, 5 cloves of garlic, ginger, thinly sliced, 1/2 tablespoon black peppercorns, ~1/2 cup soy sauce , ~1/2 cup white vinegarThis photo was shot on film.
