Calgary lace in the LA sun

Calgary lace in the LA sun

Here are the results of another film swap with my good friend and great lomographer mafiosa (http://www.lomography.com/homes/mafiosa) . She shot Velvia 100 in her Lubitel using a lace filter and I shot the roll in my Holga 120 N. Unfortunately, I think I overexposed a number of these pictures. The LA sun was just a bit too much for the Calgary lace shots, but I do really like some of the results. Thanks again, mafiosa!

trw Taken by trw with a Holga 120 N and Lubitel 166+ loaded with Fuji Velvia 120 100 film in Alberta and Los Angeles, Canada. These tags describe this photo: doubles, filter, lace, mafiosa, trw, california, angeles, los, canada, alberta, calgary, e-6, 100, velvia, 120n, holga, 166, and lubitel. Date: 2012. This photo can also be found in the album You Turn Clear in the Sun: Mafiosa and TRW Doubles.

Thank you my friend for participating in this swap with me. I definitely think I'll be using the lace mask again. Maybe next time on top layer.
