Lomography

Beloved

He is the love of my life, the only guy (or any person, for that matter) who’s ever really understood me, the breakthrough of all cliches: Alex. I truly wish for every single person on this earth to experience the fantastic reality that love presents to a human being. Even though we are not perfect people, somehow, Alex and I seem to seamlessly mesh with our antics, thought processes, morals, love for Jesus Christ, and well….everything! Through it all, it never gets boring. We know how to joke accordingly for the other, we go on amazing adventures across the island of Oahu, he supports my passion for Lomography and life, and I support everything that he does, as well. In this photo, he is seen jamming on some bongos with a side-street musician! So fun! I would love for him to have his own Lomography camera so he can experience the best of the best -- the Lomo LC-A+. He’s the one who actually got me into Lomography, getting me my first analogue camera: the Lomography Diana Mini. It was him who chucked over the money to surprise me for Christmas with an item that would change basically my entire outlook on life — through a lens and film. When I look at him, or even think about him, which is quite often, if not every second, a sense of pure clarity surfaces through the muck and grime of day to day life. He is the sun, shining forth an overwhelming knowledge that everything is going to be okay.
