Several low-lying communities around Cagayan de Oro City were devastated by the flashfloods in late December. I went with a team of artists to conduct psychosocial support activities to children and adults in evacuation sites using our specific art expertise. Our base was the Bishop's Palace. One sunny morning while waiting for my colleagues before heading to the evacuation sites I took a few lomographs of the plaza in front of the palace and near the cathedral. This photo was shot on film. Taken by lakandula with a Superheadz Super Fat Lens Camera loaded with Kodak Ektachrome E100GX film in Cagayan De Oro City, Philippines. These tags describe this photo: wide-angled, daop sining, xpro, psychosocial, plaza, and flood. Date: 2012-01-28. Time: Morning. This photo can also be found in the album Plaza Adjacent To CDO Cathedral.
