Anthony is cooking 2 nights a week at ZenZen, the new local Japanese restaurant. The sushi chef (say that 3 times really fast) will only be there until the Summer and so the owner wants to train Anthony to take over that position, something he is thrilled about. He had his first "inside-out roll" lesson at work the other night and was inspired enough to practice more at home. Lucky me!
