It was a bright day yesterday, so I decided to try and run some Portra 160NC (expired) though the Sprocket Rocket as redscale. I put the camera on Cloudy just to make sure it got enough light and went off on a walk, snapping shots using N mode. Some of them came out nicely but many of them were a bit dark. Still, I honestly did not expect much since the film's rated at 160 and should have been shot well below that for redscale. And since the SR is rated for 400 speed film, anything coming out was a nice surprise. Next time I will need to Bulb mode the shots and there will be a next time. I just need to work on my spacing on the camera now.
