Casiguran Farmers' March for Justice

Local farmers from Aurora province, Philippines, marched from their homeland to the capital of the country to voice out their concerns regarding a big company bullying the indigenous people and driving them away from their own land.

Here, the farmers are seen entering our university grounds.

Should APECO be fully implemented, the beautiful Dalugan beach would cease from providing food and income security to the people of Casiguran. It will also destroy the natural habitat of the marine life there. Instead of providing for the many, it will be converted into a wedding venue accessible only for the privileged few.

Is this really development?

More importantly,

WILL YOU ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN?
