I don't even know what happened. Was it the combination of the film's neutral colors and the soft light from the sun's setting that made the photos have that green hue? I can't figure it out. Either way, I'm happy with them, especially because my face isn't showing.

I did this shoot a while back.

do you use the camera self timer? I love this kind of self-portraits but sometimes i'm just not 'fast enough' to run and 'strike a pose' after setting the timer hehehe

@peropero i don't remember my mamiya having a self-timer, which sucks. i bring along my handy-dandy boyfriend with me when i go on shoots! so when i want to take self-portraits, i just frame it, set the exposure then position myself and strike a pose and tell him to click the shutter! haha

HA! interesting! getting a boyfriend will be the solution, then! :)

@peropero indeed! someone who is awfully patient even after you yell at them for putting their fingers in front of the lens as they click because they are not photographically inclined at all! haha

great shot! i do this with my girlfriend but she´s so impatient so it´s really hard. luckily i bought her a lc-a some years ago on a flea market and she used it quite often so she knows how to handle a camera. but the seagull and horizon are driving her crazy with the viewer.

@bloomchen haha at least she's making an effort to do photography. my boyfriend is hopeless! he won't even join instagram! I mean come on, all you do is point and shoot... haha
