We have these in our back garden...... I wish I could tell you what they are, they came as part of a "Meadow Mix" bag of seeds...... Included in the "Meadow Mix" was a not insignificant quantity of weeds, so our flower beds look a little more meadow-like than we'd EVER intended :-S You have some lovely close-ups in this album :-)
