Based on the myth of Odin, who looses an eye while seeking the mystery of the runes - this is a commentary on the loss of an eye to Google - who determines much of what we see on the WWW :)

    @hervinsyah No - it means to 'no longer have something' as in the story of the Norse god Odin - he lost an eye while trying to search out mystery. He came back from the experience with only one eye!
    In my lecture, I suggested that today, we have lost an eye to the Google Search engine - and not for the sake of mystery. This student interpreted my lesson!!
