My artist-friends and I were invited for lunch by the director of office that hired us to facilitate art-based stress management workshops to government career executives. And who are we to decline a free lunch? We tagged along with our hosts to the fish market where we were all overwhelmed by a visual overdose of big lobsters, prawns and fishes I don't know the names of. Surrounding the market are restaurants that specialize in cooking fresh buys from the seafood market.
