.... that was my first thought too but actually it makes sense cause there was no light in the room but the street light so shooting at f22 with ISO "25" like its no very sensible to light im guessing the picture was actually "made" ?¿ during sunrise from around 5:30 to 7:00 so that's probably why there's not much motion.
