Chronicles of UNSEEN
This series of photographs is on the UNSEEN parts of everyday operations at a grocery store. You don't normally see these things in photos; it's because people don't photograph these things--they are mundane to the workers. I have taken the initiative to document these unseen parts one by one. On this roll we have an industrial oven ready for cleaning and the compressor room. The oven can bake 32+ chickens in 1 1/2 hours. The compressor room keeps all the coolers and freezers cold. It gets over 100°F (38°C) in the summer. This is the UNSEEN. I take requests...
