Back in the day you would pick out a house from the Sears catalog and the whole thing would be delivered, unassembled in a boxcar on a train. Then you build it. This is a large area in Greensboro where the main university is expanding and therefore, gentrifying 8 blocks of this old neighborhood that for the last 40 years has been low income, high crime.This photo was shot on film.
