Olympus Chrome Six II

This camera, released in 1952 is a typical 6x6 cm folder camera of that time.

Very difficult to use though, because there is no light meter and no device for judging the focus ... and the DOF can be damn shallow on medium format.

    Maybe an external rangefinder will help with focusing. I have one that clips on the accessory shoe and gives distance in feet. All you have to do is focus the lens at the same distance.

    Me too. A so called Watameter. Works pretty well.
