During the photo documentation of the folk art of creating carved banana stem arch known in Bulacan as 'tiniban' I was fascinated by the bamboos by the side of the Bocaue river. Across the river stood a number of coconut trees whose leaves were so green. Seeing them made me reminisce my childhood and the many games my friends and I played near the bamboos by the riverside in our place. Could hear the wind whistled through the leaves as the stems swayed gently. Couldn't help but feel nostalgic.
