Snow Camp lookout 1
For our 1 year anniversary, we drove to the top of a mountain and camped overnight. The roads were so rocky and narrow that I gripped the car door handles the entire drive, especially the higher we got. There was nothing at the top of the mountain to keep the wind's momentum in check, and so it was loud and forceful, pushing it's cold on you even in the middle of the August heat. We heated spaghettio's on a portable gas stove, took photos of each other and the surrounding openness, and talked about when we first met.
