After days and nights busy with workshops, conference and concerts on plucked string instruments, the delegates and staff of the 3rd International Rondalla Festival were treated to picnic by the beach. The abundant seafood lunch was a hearty treat care of the first lady of Tagum City. We all had fun even if it was drizzling that afternoon.
