Langevin Bridge at Night - 2

I returned to photograph this bridge because the lights have changed colours with the changing seasons. I am a bit disappointed that the blues and greens don't come through more pronounced, but overall I think they still turned out good. These were taken with my Sprocket Rocket

very nice album! I have a question though, how do you manage to have such great night light quality with ISO 100? My Sprocket does not perform without ISO 800, even in daylight!! Any tips?-other than the use of tripod of course..did you set it on Bulb?
