23 November 2010 Traveling to Angono very early in the morning paid off as I got the chance to lomograph the Higantes during the Unang Hirit live telecast. At that time, many of the Higantes were already stationed in front of the municipal hall and water dousing had not started yet. I tried to get as close as possible to the Higantes and the many children participating in the annual parade. One of the effigies was President Noynoy Aquino who is now popularly called PNoy which is also pronounced the same as the colloquial term Pinoy for Filipinos.
