Lubitel it like it is #12
First roll with my Lubitel 166B, made in Russia, bought second-hand but in unused condition. The film had expired by two years, which probably explains the slightly overexposed look. Then again, I didn't use a light meter - just the 'Sunny 16' rule - so it may have been down to my inexact guesswork. There's a slight light leak on some shots, due to a missing knob on the take-up spool, which I have since repaired. As a first try-out with a Lubi, I got to experience something of the quirks that everyone talks about with this camera - but it was GREAT fun and I can't wait to get back out there with it!This photo was shot on film. Taken by buckshot with a Lubitel 166B (available in our Online Shop) loaded with Ilford XP2 Super, 400 ISO, 120 roll film, b&w film in Farnham, Surrey, United Kingdom.
