What's left of the forest of Borneo
In Borneo, the jungle has been massively cut down to make place for palm oil plantations. This palm oil is used for our food, cosmetics and Bio-diesel. Difficult to understand why the people cut down all that beauty, but who are we to criticize them, having no forests of our own anymore in our metropolitan countries...This photo was shot on film. Taken by deodatus with a Yashica 124G loaded with Kodak Portra 400vc film (available in our Online Shop) in Malaysia. Date: 2010-07. This photo can also be found in the album MALAYSIA 2010.
