This roll was developed at home using the last of a bottle of Ilford DDX that had been opened at least three years ago and stored in a largely empty bottle. I was amazed at how well it worked. Don't be afraid to use up that old developer - although I wouldn't recommend using long expired developer for your wedding pictures, or anything that can't be replaced.

That's good to hear about the old developer working. I'm still trying to figure out how much all that matters, so thanks for sharing :)
