In the beginning of last year before the family went out to watch a movie to celebrate the first day of the year I asked Ayana to pose for my camera in her polka dot dress. The flowering plants in the yard became the fitting setting to welcome good luck. Made a mask with viny sketches and sprocket holes to create additional character to these redscaled portraits.
