Cooking Fish - Last Minutes
I decided to document the making of a fish in coconut milk dish. It all went fine, only due to my poor multitasking skills, at a point I got so concentrated on serving the dish, I forgot to document the ready to be served plates... They did look nice. And the fish was very nice as well.
