joyeux noël et au revoir
Nothing too artistically creative here in directing and compiling this. It's meant to be another home video your uncle took while the kids unwrapped their gifts on Christmas morning in the 90s. There are a few nice things I found within the film though: in the beginning of the first roll there are miraculously two Christmas trees, the tree lights sort of dance and flicker unlike they did in reality, and for a few seconds you can catch a silhouette of 21st century photography with the DSLR in my cousin's hand. And something I learned from this: when shooting in a darker room, someone wearing all white in the frame really makes a difference! The only other notable thing is the emphasis on how personally joyful Christmas night was this year around. DRose, that's my husband. (;Filmed by deceal. These tags describe this LomoKino movie: derrick rose, christmas, lights, gifts, and unwrapping.
