BRNWSH Consortium: The Lomokino Experience
This is a "To be updated Collection" of moving pictures I shot with Lomokino. Lomokino is a 35mm camera developed by the Lomographic Society, first released in late 2011. The Camera kinda reassemble the primitive ideias of the moving picture, similar to those primarily developed by dudes like Eadweard Muybridge, but using a very accessible format of film, bringing up new and fun possibilities for analogue tech enthusiasts. I really think despite all of it's limitations, which are totally fair considering it's affordability, Lomokino is just too fun not to be taken as a very cool way to remember how things were done back in the day and also a cool tool for video makers who want to use real deal instead of emulating it through digital effects. Featuring 7 movies on this update, in order of appereance: - Dad meets Lomokino at the Gas Station - Sights from a high window - Love Tabs - Slingshot meets Redscale Xr - Prof. 'Neo Leves' Speedlight MasterClass - Boucing around PsychoCarnival '12 - Rocha's Cascading Ale - The background music is an excerpt of "3", a previsouly unreleased song i wrote some years ago for my own experimental music project, also branded as BRNWSH Consortium. This piece of work will be finished when my Lomokino movies reach the full length of the song. Then, I'l pick another song from the archives and start all over again.Filmed by brnwsh.
