Color Dot Com provide C41 developing and scanning for all negative films! It provides LomoKino film scans too. Sad that it do not provide service for cross processing or any scanning for 120mm and panorama films. -

Digital Gallery doesn't have much to offer beyond color film development but it can handle all your Cross Processing requirements at really cheap costs. -
