Most of the big photo chains, supermarkets and electronic retail markets like Saturn, Media Markt and many more sent them their films.
They can develop everything, it is possible that the staff at the collection point doesn’t know it and most of the time they don’t care. Just write on the envelope what kind of film is inside.
Ask at the store where they send their films to. In 90% of the cases they will say CeWe.

Ich würde NIE WIEDER einen Film zu CeWe geben! Ich habe 2 Rollfilme gesammelt und dort eingereicht und die Negative regelrecht misshandelt zurückbekommen. Sie sind extrem belichtet und es sind Löcher (!!!) in meinen Negativen! Ich habe die Negative einem Verkäufer bei Photo Dose gezeigt. Der war entsetzt. Meine Rollfilme werde ich nie wieder bei CeWe einreichen!!!

@mauvemarvel Das ist ja komisch! Also bei mir klappt fast immer alles problemlos bei Cewe. Löcher hatte ich noch nie in meinen Mittelformatfilmen. Ruf doch mal beim Kundenservice von Cewe an. Da muss irgendwas ganz stark daneben gegangen sein...

@geka Ich habe NATÜRLICH beim Kundenservice angerufen. Der junge Mann am anderen Ende der Leitung hatte scheinbar noch weniger Ahnung vom CeWe-Fotoverarbeitungsprozess als ich. Mir wurde nicht geholfen und ich fühlte mich in meinem ernsten Anliegen nicht verstanden.
