DIY Film Negative Earrings

Since we've already touched on DIY Lomo fashion, how about this little accent to your earrings?

Photo from Isaac Mattingley

Want to quickly catch someone’s attention? Diamonds are a dime a dozen (well, not really), but having film negatives as earrings will be pretty hard to beat. Here’s how to do it:

Materials:

  • Film negatives
  • Scissors
  • Small loop type earrings

Instructions:

  1. Cut the film negatives into single frames. Round out the corners so that there’s nothing sharp.
  2. Attach the earrings to the film’s sprocket.
  3. Put up your hair to flaunt your new jewelry!
