As analogue aficionados, I’m sure that you guys have cameras and lenses that have fallen in the act of duty. Some died maybe due to old age, some to a fungus infection, and some due to some unforeseen circumstance that you had no control over. It happens. Once you’re done grieving though, one way of honoring their memory is to upcycle them, rather than just let them wallow in the purgatory that is your cabinet.

One way to do this is to give them a new lease on life – make them a flower or plant pot! Just line the inside with plastic, put in soil and wait for the first sprouts to grow. Feeling a bit iffy on the soil part? Try out cacti or air plants and they’ll be the perfect conversation piece in your living room.
