Let's face it, we all are addicted to Double and Multi exposure shots and most analog cams now are tricked out with an MX button just for that very thing but what about Polaroids?!!? You press the shutter button and out pops the photo before you can say Cheeeese Two! Well...Double Xs in Polaroids are possible, fun and cool AND easier than you would think! Just one catch: you need a Polaroid Image Spectra Camera. Got one of those? Then you're halfway there!
Polaroid Image Spectra Cameras work because they have a timer and fold shut, and both these features are crucial for being able to double expose. First off when you are about to snap a photo with your Spectra, switch on the timer then press the shutter button. The timer will start and after it is done, the photo will NOT pop out till you switch OFF the timer. DON’T SWITCH IT OFF, close the camera instead. When you open the camera again the timer will start up again and when it is done and the shutter clicks, if you are done multi-exposing, switch off the timer and immediately the picture will pop out multi-exposed!!!
